Do you wish you had a way with words?

I have worked as a freelance journalist for over 10 years after 7 years at the BBC and now  work with those who need help with the written word, writing copy for newsletters, websites, reports, pitches and blogs. I'm also often asked to critique and overhaul websites to improve clarity and effectiveness through the words they use.

What's it like working with me?

My approach is best described as ‘professional but informal’. I often work as part of client’s team (I’m happy to represent you to the media using an in-house email address, for example) and clients tell me that my research into, and communication of, their business often leads them to change the way they think and understand their own organisation. Clients also say my ‘friendly but focused’ style makes me easy and fun to work with.
