I work with businesses, charities and individuals looking to use editorial coverage in newspapers, magazines, broadcast and online media to say the right thing to the right people and, crucially, to generate the right response. It’s called public relations.

Do you have the skills needed to appear in the media?

I run a range of training courses including media training for those giving media interviews and acting as spokespeople (or wanting to promote themselves as a media expert), PR training for smaller organisations that want to undertake their own media work and a range of presentation and communication skills training courses.

Do you wish you had a way with words?

I have written as a freelance journalist for over 10 years and now also work with those who need help with the written word, writing copy for newsletters, websites, reports, pitches and blogs. I'm also often asked to critique and overhaul websites to improve clarity and effectiveness through the words they use.
