How can I help you promote your business through the media?
The term ‘PR’ covers a lot of bases, from the fluffy, champagne swilling world of Absolutely Fabulous to the dark arts of political spin. To me, Public Relations is about managing the relationship between you and your audience – be they consumers or other businesses – and engaging in two-way communications with them.
I can help you communicate relevant messages to different audiences. For most clients this means securing editorial coverage in the media – newspapers, magazines, broadcast and online. For others, however, I help them communicate through channels such as social media, email or printed newsletters or through video, audio or written content.
Over the 12 years I’ve been working in PR I’ve secured clients coverage in every national newspaper, most major magazines, on all the top broadcast outlets and on many of the websites visited by millions of people every day. I’ve got umbrellas into Vogue, choirs into The Independent, top surgeons onto BBC Breakfast and mystery shoppers onto Radio 4. For each client, it was exactly where they needed to be to communicate with the audience they wanted to reach.
I’ve established business owners as industry-respected media spokespeople, given small charities a national profile and launched products from beers to CDs and services from facelifts to adult education to consumers across the UK.
